Whether it’s one item or three, so long as you spend £250 or more and you live in Mainland UK, you are entitled to free delivery!
Delivery times vary depending on where your item is located however we will endeavour to deliver your item to you within 2 weeks of your order. You can see the stock status on each product page; it will state how many are available in our Warehouse underneath the product name or alongside the price on products with different size and colour options.
We allow a time frame of 14-22 weeks for production and shipping, however delivery times vary depending on the item so please check availability on the product page. If an item is out of stock, we will immediately put your order into production or allocate pending stock once we receive your completed order confirmation.
Many of our products are made-to-order with your personal choice of upholstery, finishes and fittings. For this reason, the delivery times of your item will vary. Please see the product page of your desired made-to-order item for estimated lead times. Once your item is complete, it will be delivered to our Warehouse. We will then contact you via phone/email to arrange delivery at a time to suit you within 2 weeks.
If you live in Northern Ireland or Scotland, delivery times may vary. These locations are outside the capabilities of our delivery radius by our personal Pavilion Broadway team on behalf of Furniture Bands International and so we will arrange a courier to deliver your item to you. As this is a trusted external service, we are unable to estimate exact delivery times, however the courier team will be able to update you on your shipping progress.
We highly recommend you provide us with your mobile number when asked at the checkout in order to receive live delivery updates from our courier, Parcel Force. If you would prefer not to provide your mobile number, you will receive your tracking number within your goods dispatched email. In the unlikely event your order fails to arrive, you can input this tracking number into Parcel Force’s website to locate your order. Alternatively, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
